We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience on GabAI. If you believe there was an issue with your subscription or billing, you can request a refund under the following circumstances:
- You were charged incorrectly, and the charge does not match the service you agreed to.
- You experienced technical issues that significantly impacted your use of GabAI and were unable to resolve them with our support team.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@gabai.com within 30 days of the charge. Please provide your account details and a brief description of the issue. We will review your case and process the refund as appropriate.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days from the time of the request.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
- If a refund is granted, you may lose access to any remaining credits or features associated with your account.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Subscription fees after the first 30 days of usage.
- Charges for any credits used during the free trial period.
5. Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel your subscription before your credits are used up, no charges will be made. If you've already been billed and you cancel, refunds may be applicable only under the conditions listed above.
